I’m Lauren, your Hamilton-based therapist.

I’m here to support you with relationship challenges, life changes and transitions, grief and loss, post-partum and perinatal mental health, parenting, self-esteem, sleep and insomnia, menopause mental health, emotional regulation, anxiety and depression.

I’ve found a special connection with middle-aged women and seniors — there’s something powerful about navigating life’s later chapters together, rediscovering purpose and joy.
